Shirley was originally trained in Social Work. She saw the opportunity in being able to help people in real estate and has over 20 years of experience in buying, fixing and selling properties, and over 17 years in helping buyers and sellers in South Florida. She maintained her impressive track record during the downturn, helping distressed sellers avoid foreclosures. She has worked through every market. Her number one joy is to help people achieve their dreams be it by selling for the highest possible price, helping buyers in their dream of home ownership, educating moms and dads how to purchase investment properties and mentoring others in the field. 

   Manuel is an individual passionate about servicing others. About 2 years ago he joined the corporate banking world while studying marketing in college where he learned all about people’s skills. Manuel is a forward-thinking Gen Z bringing fresh ideas to the team and helping anyone he can buy or sell in this current market. He will make sure you are satisfied with his work ethic and will have innovative ideas to get you a deal. He is a South Florida rentals expert but his final goal is for you to become a homeowner and leave the rent life behind.
